Great service
Great service, paid for late arrival which was just as well as I was 4hrs later than expected. Had to pay £16 which I knew was the policy. My problem is the details you need to supply to claim the money back. Excessive!

Overcharged for 6 days parking
I paid for 6 days parking at Newcastle airport. Other family members booked the same parking days through Newcastle airport and paid £25 less than us. Air parks are overcharging people and I will not be using them again.

Well organised car park
I have used Airparks Gatwick several times and will use them next time I go away. The car park is easy to find, Airparks give you directions and there are signposts. The handover of keys is simple and each time I have used the service there has always been a bus waiting. Make sure you keep the slip of paper with return instructions which are very clear. There was a bus waiting on my return to Gatwick and a very helpful and cheerful driver. I was handed my car keys back and only had to walk a few yards to collect my car and drive off. All very easy and well organised.

I waited half an hour to returned my car and was just me and another person who waited for the cars. In 25 minutes I was at home in Harrow, maybe they parked the car on my home driveway.

Excellent service. Above and beyond!
Excellent service! Reception was well organised and it was easy to park our car. Shuttle bus was prompt at beginning and end of our trip.
Special thanks to Peter who started our son's car when the battery drained during our holiday. Although our flight had been delayed and it was a Friday evening, the staff dealt with the problem with good grace. Highly recommend and will use again.

Good price easy parking stressful service
We pre booked but when arrived automatic gate didn t recognize QR code. Assistance helped & let us in. On return we didn t recall the stop for our car park just recalling letter. However no map of car park with stops marked to give us reminder of where we d parked. Driver stressed when we asked for help. Clearly this occurred alot & probably frustrating for driver. Found car process of elimination finally. Couldn t exit at barrier as we were told we should ve had a ticket...asked what we had been told 2 weeks earlier on entering...nothing especial came to mind. Assistance couldn t find our car reg or booking. He made us feel we d done something wrong though all we had done was prebook, park & try & exit. Eventually after some irrelevant discussion he found booking on another system & let us out after 10 mins. His parting comment rather mysteriously was "i hope your travelling companion was impressed!" No idea what he meant but i think he d had had a long shift & needed a rest...or even dare i suggest it customer service training!? happy parking..

Much of the car parking is on dusty gravel which made it hard to pull small wheeled suitcases on and left them filthy for our entire trip. The worst part of our experience is that there was no bus to take us to the airport - after waiting 40 minutes the anxiety of being late to the airport meant we where forced to phone a taxi as many others in the ever increasing queues of people forming also had to do. As we got into our taxi a bus did eventually arrive but too late by then as we had to take the taxi. During the wait we tried phoning the contact number and just got through to a generic auto attendant with no help. We also called the help button at the entrance barrier who did answer and the operator was helpful and think this is what eventually triggered the arrival of the 45/50minute late bus. The lack of the advertised frequent shuttle bus caused our whole start to our holiday to be frantic which lasted into our 1st day of our holiday. Not to mention the extra expense of the taxi. Whilst waiting at the gate for our flight, we over heard another user of this car park reciting the horrible experience of no bus they had in this car park although they did get on the one that eventually turned up rather than take the taxi they had already called. On returning to the car after a two week holiday, the car was covered in a heavy film of stone dust blown from the loose gravel, so much so that windscreen wiper washer could not clean the windscreen so needed to find a jet wash to clean the windows before continuing the journey home. Can’t recommend this parking at all!

Read through a number of reviews and they are a mixed bag, but many of the problems appear to have been at different airports. Our experience was at Liverpool John Lennon, and applies only to that site.
The parking is close to the airport departures, and was only a few minutes walk from the parking entrance, maybe 8 -10 mins for us as we have some mobility issues and were also pushing large bags.
The only real problem we had was finding a parking space on arrival. The cost with a 20% discount voucher was far cheaper than our usual departures from Manchester, so we would definitely recommend this service.

Used air parks Glasgow for the first time last week. Easy to book online and service at reception was excellent bus drivers were very helpful and courteous. Only down side found entrance hard to find using sat nav .
